The hand moves on one surface while the eye reads another, and the line lands a fraction late. A pen display removes the translation entirely by putting the paper where the picture already is.

The Kamvas 16 presents a 15.6-inch full-HD panel that the stylus touches directly, with 8192 pressure levels and tilt response up to 60 degrees. Because the pen is battery-free it never needs charging mid-session and never carries the weight of a cell, and the matte surface is tuned to feel like paper rather than glass. Connectivity runs over USB-C and HDMI with a combined cable, and the display works with Windows, macOS, and Android devices, so the same panel serves a desktop workstation and a tablet-based workflow.

It is chosen by illustrators who want a second screen that is also a drawing surface, by retouchers who need pressure control for masked dodging and burning, and by students building a first professional setup without the cost of a large-format studio display.

A drawing display also changes what an artist is willing to attempt. When the line lands exactly where the hand expects, hatching becomes faster, masking becomes surgical, and the temptation to trace over a rough sketch quietly disappears. The tool stops being a compromise and starts being the studio.

The line should appear where the pen is, not where you hope it is.

At the Desk

✦ 15.6-inch full-HD display with direct stylus contact

✦ 8192 pressure levels for fine control over opacity and width

✦ Battery-free pen with tilt response up to 60 degrees

✦ Paper-like matte surface for natural stroke feel

✦ USB-C and HDMI connectivity through a single combined cable

✦ Works with Windows, macOS, and Android devices

Display Record

Brand: HUION

Model: Kamvas 16 (2021)

Display: 15.6 inch pen display

Resolution: 1920 x 1080 FHD

Pen: Battery-free stylus

Pressure Levels: 8192

Reading Height: 10 mm

Tilt Support: Plus or minus 60 degrees

Connectivity: USB-C and HDMI, 3-in-1 cable

Compatibility: Windows, macOS and Android devices

Who Draws On It

This is a working surface for the person who draws for a living.
