A gap label printed on thermal stock, applied to a jar, a parts bag or a shipping box, carries a surprising amount of brand weight: it is the one surface a customer touches before they touch the product. Paper that smears, curls at the corner or refuses to peel cleanly undoes that impression faster than a bad logo does.

This is 12 by 40 millimetre gap label stock, the narrow format used by Phomemo P12, P15 and D30 series printers, five rolls per pack. Gap stock means the label is separated by a small blank gap on a continuous liner rather than punched into a die-cut sheet, so the printer advances label by label and the roll runs to the end without the misfeed that plagues sheet stock in a small machine. The face is a direct thermal paper with a water-resistant topcoat, which is enough for a fridge shelf, a retail bag or a courier parcel, and it prints black-on-white at high contrast without ribbon.

Twelve colour options cover the practical cases: white and black for inventory, mixed and pastel shades for colour-coded categories, deep burgundy and grey for retail packaging. Each roll is wound tightly enough to sit in the printer without slack, and the adhesive releases cleanly from glass, poly bags and coated board. For a shop labelling 200 items a week, the constraint is not the printer but how many rolls are on the shelf, which is why this is sold as a five-pack.

<p
