Description

One Tap. Two Kinds of Water. No Compromise at the Sink. The kitchen tap is the most touched object in a home and the least considered. It decides how you drink, how you cook, and how often you walk to the fridge for filtered water. The Rozin RZ5038 answers that with a single column of brass that carries two separate streams, one for ordinary hot and cold washing and one dedicated line for purified drinking water. There is no jug on the counter, no second tap crowding the sink, and no reason to choose between convenience and clean water.

Everything visible and everything hidden is built from solid brass, finished in an oil-rubbed bronze that resists fingerprints and holds its depth over years of use. The single-hole, deck-mounted design fits any opening between 3.5 and 4 centimetres, so it drops into standard sinks without extra drilling. A 360-degree rotating neck and a pull-out spray head reach every corner of the basin, while dual handles keep hot and cold independent. Inside, a ceramic plate spool valve carries the load instead of rubber washers, which is why the tap is backed by a two-year warranty. Four finishes are offered, black, chrome, brushed nickel and antique brass, and the package arrives complete with the faucet, three water pipes and mounting accessories.

Installation is a single afternoon. Because the two-way design shares one mounting hole, it suits apartments and rentals where no additional drilling is possible. The filtered line connects to a standard under-sink purifier, and the pull-out spray makes rinsing produce, filling tall pots and cleaning the basin noticeably faster. In a home that drinks a lot of water, the tap stops being a fixture and becomes the appliance you use most.

There is a quiet economics to the two-way design as well. A household that buys bottled water spends far more over two years than the difference between a plain tap and this one, and it sends the empties to landfill for the privilege. Running filtered water through the same brass column that handles the washing up means the habit takes care of itself, because the clean water is simply the nearest handle. In a hard-water area, that proximity is the entire point.

Filtered drinking water and everyday washing, from one column of brass.

Installation and Everyday Use

Rental kitchens and apartments where the existing single hole must be reused. Family homes that want filtered drinking water without a plastic jug on the counter. Kitchen islands where one clean fixture has to serve both food preparation and drinking. The two-way layout means a single afternoon of plumbing replaces every reason to keep a separate filter tap.

Common Questions

Q: Does it need a separate water purifier?

Yes. The purified line is designed to connect to an under-sink filtration system. The faucet supplies the tap end and the purifier supplies the cleaning.

Q: Will it fit my existing sink hole?

The unit is deck mounted and fits any opening between 3.5 and 4 centimetres, which is the standard single-hole size.

Q: What is included in the box?

The faucet itself, three water pipes for cold, hot and filtered supply, and the mounting accessories.

Q: How long does installation take?

Most owners finish within an afternoon, since the two-way design uses a single mounting hole and needs no extra drilling.

Q: Is the finish durable?

The oil-rubbed bronze surface is applied over solid brass and is chosen for fingerprint resistance and long-term depth of colour.

Q: What does the warranty cover?

The brass body and ceramic valve are covered by a two-year warranty.

Q: Can I use it on a low-pressure gravity system?

The faucet is designed for standard mains pressure feeding a cold and hot supply. On a gravity or low-pressure system, confirm both the purifier and the tap are rated for it before ordering.

Q: Which finish reads closest to brushed steel?

Brushed nickel sits between chrome and antique brass and complements a stainless kitchen, while chrome is the brightest and antique brass the warmest.

Measure your sink hole first

My opening was right at the 3.5cm mark and it fitted, but check before ordering. Installation took one afternoon and all three pipes were in the box.

Finish looks far more expensive than it is

Chose the antique brass and it matches the rest of the kitchen. The ceramic valve feels smooth and there is no drip once it is off.

One tap, two waters, done

Fitted this in a rental kitchen with a single hole. Filtered water now comes from the tap and the jug is gone. The pull-out spray reaches the whole sink and the brass feels substantial.
