Description
A floor is either clean or it is a project. Most households own two machines and still negotiate with the same problem: the vacuum lifts the loose debris, the mop pushes the rest into a thin film, and the film dries into a dull haze that returns by evening. Two tools, two passes, one compromise. The Floor One S3 was built to collapse that sequence into a single gesture.
Tineco approaches floor care the way a photographer approaches light: the work happens in the sensor, not the arm. A 220W motor draws from a 21.6V, 4000mAh pack while an iLoop controller reads how much soil is coming up and adjusts suction and water delivery in real time. Clean water leaves the tank, dirty water returns to a separate 0.5L reservoir, and the roller is rinsed by the machine itself. Nothing is smeared back onto the surface, which is the quiet failure of every mop-and-bucket routine.
The physical design respects the fact that cleaning is a repeated motion, not a single heroic effort. At 286 x 256 x 1100 mm it stands like a compact stick vacuum, rolls on a charging base, and reports status on an LCD that reads at a glance. Runtime is honest rather than promotional: roughly 35 minutes in auto mode, about 25 minutes at maximum suction. That is a whole apartment floor, or a restaurant service corridor between sittings. Wi-Fi pairing adds scheduling and voice control, but the machine works without a phone in hand.
Cleaning should not be an event you schedule around. It should be a habit the machine makes easy.
Built around the pass, not the product
✦ One pass, two functions. Wet and dry pickup share a single brush roll and a single tank system, so crumbs, coffee and fine dust leave the floor together.
✦ iLoop dirt sensing. The controller samples the pickup stream and raises or lowers suction and water flow rather than running flat out and wasting battery.
✦ Separate clean and dirty water. A 0.5L dirty reservoir keeps soiled water away from the roller, which is why the surface dries without streaks.
✦ Self-cleaning cycle. A built-in wash cycle flushes the brush roll and the internal path after each job, so the machine does not become the smell.
✦ HEPA filtration. The exhaust passes through a HEPA stage, containing fine particulate instead of redistributing it across the room.
✦ Cordless, 4000mAh. A 21.6V pack removes the cord from the equation entirely; the charging base doubles as storage.
✦ Hard floors first. Sealed timber, tile, stone, laminate and polished concrete are the native surface. This is a floor washer, not a carpet extractor.

Where it earns its keep
The obvious buyer is the apartment with hard floors and a dislike of buckets. The less obvious buyer is the small commercial space where appearance is part of the offer: a cafe between the lunch and dinner services, a clinic reception, a boutique with a street entrance that drags in grit all day. In those settings the value is not suction figures, it is turnaround. One person, one pass, one machine that cleans itself afterwards. Households with pets tend to notice the difference first, because the dirty-water tank makes the result visible in a way a dry vacuum never does. Carpeted rooms should stay with a dedicated vacuum; this machine is designed for sealed surfaces and does not pretend otherwise.
Before you buy
Q. How long does one charge actually last?
Plan on roughly 35 minutes in auto mode and about 25 minutes at maximum suction. A typical 90 square metre apartment takes 20 to 25 minutes, so one charge covers a normal weekly pass with margin.
Q. Can it be used on carpets or rugs?
No. The Floor One S3 is a hard-floor washer. Low-pile rugs may be surface-cleaned at your own judgement, but the machine is not a carpet extractor and should not be used as one.
Q. Do I have to use Tineco's cleaning solution?
The included deodorizing solution is formulated for the self-clean cycle. A neutral hard-floor cleaner works for everyday washing, but avoid foaming or abrasive products that can clog the recovery path.
Q. What does self-cleaning actually clean?
The cycle flushes the brush roll and the internal suction path with clean water while the roller spins. It removes the residue that causes odour. The dirty tank still needs to be emptied and rinsed by hand.
Q. Are spare parts available?
Yes. Brush rolls, HEPA filters and their holders are consumables and are stocked as separate items. Filter replacement is recommended every three to six months depending on floor traffic.
Q. Which variant should I choose?
Variants differ by shipping region, which determines the plug type and adapter supplied. Select the region that matches your delivery address; the machine itself operates on the same 21.6V DC platform.
The EastSupplier sourcing note. This unit is sourced directly from authorised distribution rather than grey-market stock, and the certification set (CB, EMC, GS, RoHS, UL, CE) ships with the machine. If a plug or voltage detail does not match your destination, our team will confirm the correct variant before dispatch instead of letting you discover it at the wall socket.
