Q: What are the advantages of this WiFi camera ?
A: This camera with LAN port and you can connect it with your router when there is no WiFi.

Q: I need safety and also my families . Does it provide alarm for us ?
A: This camera with motion detection function.Automatic photo push email.

Q: How about the View angle.
A: The camera lens is 3.6mm and view angle is about 75 degrees; 6mm and view angle is about 60 degrees; 2.8mm and view angle is about 90 degrees;

Q: I hope I can record with this camera .Do I need a memory card ? how dose it work ?
A: Before recording .You need insert a memory card.it support 64Gb MAX . OR..If you only want to record video on your computer, you don't need to install a Micro SD card.
Recording time: 16Gb : 2-3days 32Gb :4-6days 64Gb:14-16days

Q: Why camera can not read the new SD CARD?
A: SD Card can be formated on the Computer to FAT 32 format ( suggest use a partition assistant) , after that plug the sd card and power on camera!
