Excellent Equipment NS
Well-equipped NS has more than 700 high-quality machine tools for cold and hot processing, including CNC bevel gear grinders from GLEASON, KLINGELNBERG, and OERLIKON, China's high-end six-axis five-link CNC gear grinder, six-axis six-link CNC dry cutting machine and other tooth profile processing equipment. For heat treatment, we use IPSEN vacuum carburizing furnaces, IVA multi-purpose furnaces, continuous furnaces, etc. In terms of measurement, NS has a P60 gear measurement center and an imported material analysis spectrometer.
We are able to perform material testing, metallographic testing, CMM, and other testing. Our company can produce more than 5000 kinds of bevel gears between 0.5mm-10mm (hypoid gear, zero-degree bevel gear).
